- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within India.

- Shipping charges are based on delivery location and the weight of the items in your order.

- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12 PM IST will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for most locations within India.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website and entering the tracking number.

We partner with reputable carriers such as Mahavir Courier, Maruti Courier, Shree Nandan Courier and India Post to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Remote Areas: Additional shipping time may be required for deliveries to remote areas. We will inform you if there are any expected delays.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
